What’s Included

All Dining (No Specialty Surcharges): There are no traditional buffets or main dining rooms. Your fare includes made-to-order food at all 20+ eateries onboard. This ranges from upscale venues like The Wake (steak and seafood) and Gunbae (Korean BBQ) to casual spots for pizza, tacos, and ice cream.
Essential Drinks: You won't need a basic beverage package. Filtered still and sparkling water, non-pressed juices, fountain sodas, teas, and standard drip coffee are all included.
Basic WiFi: Standard Starlink WiFi access (usually for one device) is included, which is fast enough for messaging, social media, and web browsing.
Group Fitness Classes: Unlimited access to instructor-led group workouts, including sunrise yoga, indoor cycling, HIIT, boxing, and unique bungee fitness classes.
Entertainment: All signature shows, live music, pop-up performances, and immersive ship-wide events like the signature "Scarlet Night" party.

What is NOT Included (Costs Extra)

Gratuities (Recent Change): Virgin Voyages recently separated daily crew gratuities from the base cruise fare. You will now see a daily service charge (approximately $20 to $22 per person, per day) added to your account.
Alcohol & Specialty Drinks: Alcoholic beverages, smoothies, mocktails, and barista-made coffees (like lattes or espresso) cost extra. Instead of standard drink packages, Virgin uses a "Bar Tab" system where you preload an onboard credit.
Shore Excursions: Guided tours and activities in port, which Virgin calls "Shore Things," are an additional cost.
Room Service Delivery: The food ordered through "ShipEats" room service is included, but there is a standard delivery fee.
Premium Upgrades: Spa access (including thermal suite day passes), premium streaming-quality WiFi, and a handful of premium "Treat Yourself" menu items (like a seafood tower or tomahawk steak) carry a surcharge.
